Job Description

About The Role

myHQ is looking for a Product Manager to join our product team. You will own key product areas end-to-end, from discovery and prioritisation to shipping and measuring outcomes. We're looking for someone who is AI-native, takes high ownership, and can move fast without losing sight of the user. If you thrive in ambiguity, think in systems, and want your work to have real business impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for assigned areas, driving prioritisation based on user needs, business goals, and data.
  • Write detailed PRDs and create functional prototypes to clearly communicate product intent to engineering and design.
  • Define clear problem statements and align engineering and design on what to build and why.
  • Conduct user research, analyse behavioural data, and synthesise insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Leverage AI tools natively to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, spec writing, and competitive research.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and ops to ship features end-to-end.
  • Monitor product health through dashboards, funnels, and KPIs; own outcomes, not just output.
  • Identify and drive process improvements across product workflows.
  • Proactively communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and learnings to leadership and stakeholders.

Desired Skills / Experience

  • 1-3 years of product management experience, ideally at a product-led or growth-stage startup.
  • AI-native mindset, actively using LLMs and AI tools as part of daily workflow (research, writing, prototyping, analysis).
  • High ownership mentality, taking end-to-end accountability for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Ability to write crisp PRDs and build functional prototypes (Figma, no-code tools, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with data, funnels, and product metrics.
  • Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
  • Excellent written communication, able to write clear PRDs, specs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Curious, humble, and opinionated; strong product opinions, loosely held.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or marketplace products.
  • Exposure to compliance, fintech, or real estate verticals.
  • Experience with design tools (Figma) or no-code prototyping tools.
  • Experience working with CRM, Google Analytics, or BI tools. People & Culture
  • Autonomy + Ownership: You'll own product areas end-to-end with full accountability for outcomes and the freedom to make calls.
  • Speed + Learning: We move fast and encourage rapid experimentation.

You'll get direct exposure to cross-functional teams and real-time decision-making.

  • AI-First Environment: We build with AI, not around it. Your ideas will be shaped by and amplified through AI tools every day.

Frequently Asked Questions What's the interview process like
