Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Own Jira stories end-to-end, from creation through deployment
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality features
- Drive releases and feature rollouts with smooth execution
- Support acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
- Optimize the full customer journey, from browsing to buying
- Establish KPIs and use analytics to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Design and run A/B tests to validate product decisions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to surface new opportunities
- Actively leverage AI tools to improve product quality, speed, and decision-making
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
What Sets You Apart
- 2+ years in Product Management with mandatory eCommerce experience
- Proven contribution to measurable growth in online retai
- Strong background in conversion optimization, funnel analysis, and retention
- Experience on B2C eCommerce platforms (marketplace, retail, or DTC)
- You are actively using AI tools in your day-to-day product work, not just curious about them
- You have genuine ambition, a bias for action, and a track record of going beyond the brief
- You bring energy to ambiguous, fast-moving environments and don't wait to be told what to do
Non-Negotiables
- eCommerce background is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years in Product Management
- B2C platform experience
