Job Description

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in product management, specifically in CRM software or IT products.
Hands-on experience with Payroll modules, including payroll workflows, compliance, and integrations.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or enterprise IT solutions.
Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
Define and execute the product roadmap for CRM / IT products.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, design, support) to deliver high-quality product solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for growth.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Drive GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Monitor and measure product performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
Act as the product evangelist internally and externally, aligning all stakeholders with the product vision.
Good to have prior experience in B2B SaaS product management.
Exposure to customer success strategies.
Technical background with an understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud solutions.
