Job Description

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management, specifically in CRM software or IT products.
  • Hands-on experience with Payroll modules, including payroll workflows, compliance, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or enterprise IT solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for CRM / IT products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, design, support) to deliver high-quality product solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for growth.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Drive GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Monitor and measure product performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Act as the product evangelist internally and externally, aligning all stakeholders with the product vision.
  • Good to have prior experience in B2B SaaS product management.
  • Exposure to customer success strategies.
  • Technical background with an understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud solutions.
