Product Manager

Over the past 17 years, Medanta has created an unrivalled impact in delivering world class multi-specialty care for patients in India. We have hospitals in Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Patna, Indore and Ranchi. In addition, we have clinics in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cyber City & Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon), and at the Delhi Airport.

Medanta continues to expand its healthcare ecosystem through diagnostics, pharmacies, homecare services and digital health initiatives. As we scale our digital platforms and healthcare delivery capabilities, we are looking to hire exceptional technology and product leaders

to build next-generation healthcare platforms that improve patient outcomes and hospital operations.

Role Summary

Own roadmap and product execution for Medanta's digital healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap and feature priorities
• Translate hospital workflows into product features
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams
• Engage stakeholders across hospital operations

Qualifications & Experience

• 712 years product management experience
• Experience building digital platforms
• Healthcare experience preferred

• Ability to think out of the box and redesign experiences, not just digitize current processes
• Strong communication skills and confidence to drive change with senior stakeholders
• High-level understanding of distributed systems / complex platforms
• Curious mindset, fast learners, and people who love building from scratch
• Prior healthcare or hospital domain experience is a strong plus

Work Location: Primarily Noida, with occasional travel to the Gurgaon office for operational discussions and cross-team strategy sessions
