Your Impact
You will be responsible for developing and steering product plans. In this role, you will have a good perspective on where the product and features should go next.
You will lead your teams to specify and prioritize the development of the product supported by business strategy, user and market research and knowledge of customers and competitors.
You will work with the Development /DevOps Team to develop and maintain detailed project plans and Jira boards, epics, stories, tasks, and roadmap milestones.
You will drive backlog refinement and ensure alignment across stakeholders on scope and priorities.
You will oversee and manage releases of the DL Library and Toolkit across client environments, release note preparation.
You will also coordinate Level 2/3 support and issue resolution, triage incoming requests, and ensure timely resolution and ticket closure.
Additionally, you will identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
You will run workshops and training sessions to showcase product features with internal team members and with customer users.
You will play an important role leading product owners and engineering delivery teams through the process of designing and delivering solutions that solve business problems, ensuring both creativity and relevance.
You will be accountable for the growth and success of the products by partnering with product marketing, sales and partner organizations to develop excellent go to market strategies.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of total experience in technical product or project management within a data platform or enterprise technology environment
- Hands-on experience managing data platform initiatives and leading agile delivery teams
- Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence for project planning and execution
- Strong understanding of cloud-native data technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP; Spark; Delta Lake; Databricks preferred)
- Proven ability to manage cross-team collaboration and deliver operational efficiency
