Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager – Marketing Platforms to support a fast-growing marketing technology ecosystem that brings together internal data systems, customer engagement workflows, and a third-party campaign/journey platform.
This role will help drive roadmap execution, requirement clarity, stakeholder alignment, and delivery readiness across a platform environment that is evolving from one-off campaign execution to a more integrated model covering segmentation, customer journeys, reporting, optimization, and multi-channel activation.
The ideal candidate is highly structured, strong at turning ambiguity into action, and comfortable working across business, operations, and engineering teams. This is a hands-on product role for someone who can help shape requirements, drive execution discipline, and ensure that platform capabilities are aligned to business and operational needs.
This is not a pure feature factory role and not a campaign operations role. It is best suited for someone who can connect roadmap planning with real-world execution and stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities
Product roadmap and execution
- Support roadmap planning and execution in partnership with business and technology stakeholders
- Work closely with the Bangalore-based technology team to drive prioritization, planning, and follow-through on roadmap items
- Help define product scope, clarify requirements, and ensure work is structured for execution
- Track progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams
Requirements and delivery readiness
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure requirements are complete, actionable, and aligned with delivery expectations
- Partner with technology and operational teams to validate readiness for releases and feature rollouts
- Support channel and capability expansion across the platform ecosystem
Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Act as a bridge between business, operations, and technology teams
- Drive alignment across stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of technical understanding
- Facilitate decision-making, surface blockers early, and maintain momentum across the program
- Ensure key decisions, assumptions, and follow-ups are documented and tracked
Operational enablement
- Work with internal teams to ensure new capabilities are usable and adoptable
- Support the creation of structured documentation, process guides, and readiness materials as needed
- Help build a scalable operating model as platform adoption expands
Governance and visibility
- Maintain clear visibility into roadmap health, delivery progress, risks, and open dependencies
- Prepare concise status updates, trackers, and summaries for leadership and program stakeholders
- Bring discipline and structure to a fast-moving, high-visibility initiative
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Program Management, or a similar cross-functional role
- Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on roadmap execution and requirement shaping
- Proven ability to translate business needs into structured product artifacts such as PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments with multiple moving parts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and follow-through
- Based in Bangalore or willing to work in close alignment with a Bangalore-based technology team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing technology, customer engagement platforms, CRM, CDP, campaign management, or journey orchestration platforms
- Familiarity with multi-channel customer communication ecosystems such as email, SMS, messaging platforms, and paid media audience workflows
- Experience with platform integrations, internal tools, or enterprise product rollouts
- Exposure to environments with strong governance, compliance, legal, and business stakeholder involvement
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
