About the Company
We're building AI-led marketing automation systems for our Digital marketing team. The core objective is simple: use automation and intelligence to acquire users at scale, efficiently, and with high quality — with the long-term value (LTV) of these users as a core target.
About the Role
You'll join as a Product Manager owning a meaningful slice of this platform end-to-end — from problem discovery through launch and adoption — working closely with the existing product team and cross-functional stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Own product for Marketing end-to-end: discovery, PRD writing, design collaboration, build oversight, launch, and adoption.
- Ground every decision in real data — you'll pull and interpret actual usage, operational, and business data to generate hypotheses, test them and then recommend a product solution to implement.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional business stakeholders to ship high-quality marketing products.
- Translate ambiguous, evolving business problems into clear, build-ready specifications.
- Run a disciplined, iterative delivery cadence — validate direction early, correct fast, and ship surgically once something's approved.
- Own outcomes, not just output — define what success looks like for your area against the team's core metrics (acquisition scale, efficiency, user quality, and LTV) and instrument for it.
- Build with an AI-native mindset — actively identify where AI/LLM capabilities can create outsized value for the marketing team (automation, intelligence, personalization) rather than treating AI as an add-on, and use AI tools yourself to move faster through discovery, spec-writing, prototyping, and analysis.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of product management experience, with genuine end-to-end ownership of a product area — not just feature delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong first-principles problem-solving — able to break down ambiguous, complex business problems into structured, solvable pieces.
- Data fluency — comfortable with SQL/analytics tools, sharp about defining the right metrics, and instinctively data-backed in decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can write unambiguous, build-ready specs and communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at every level.
- Proven stakeholder management — able to align cross-functional teams (business, engineering, design, marketing) with competing priorities toward a shared outcome.
- Strong product sense — an eye for what makes a workflow simple and valuable for a non-technical, business-user audience.
- User empathy — genuine curiosity about the people who'll use what you build, and discipline about validating with them rather than assuming.
- Systems thinking — comfortable reasoning about platforms with multiple integrated modules, dependencies, and stakeholders rather than isolated features.
- Bias for action and ownership — you drive things forward independently, escalate the right things, and don't wait to be told.
- AI-native orientation — genuine fluency and enthusiasm for using AI tools in your own workflow, and a sharp eye for where AI can be embedded into the product itself to create value for the marketing team.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with platform, marketplace, marketing technology, or internal-tooling products is a strong plus.
- Exposure to marketing/ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar) is a plus, though not required.
