At Dealplexus, we are at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge financial solutions to our clients. As a Product Manager, you will be a key driver of our continued success, working on diverse and challenging projects in the dynamic world of finance.

Job Responsibilities:

As Product Manager- Loans, your multifaceted responsibilities will encompass:

1. Achieving Targets: Drive the achievement of Debt targets, ensuring compliance with Performance Indicator (PI) targets.

2. Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to legal guidelines for the entire Debt Management Services structure and monitor executives for compliance.

3. Disbursal Support: Assist customers in the login to disbursal formalities and liaise with internal departments for smooth disbursal.

4. Channel Support: Collaborate with channels, providing training on lead sourcing quality, and offering feedback to improve lead generation quality.

5. Partner Relationship Management: Manage relationships with partner banks/NBFCs and fintechs and continuously add new partners, offering suitable products and services based on financial needs.

6. Market Analysis: Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships to offer unique and technology-driven solutions.

7. Sales Strategy: Assist in Formulating sales strategies, explore cross-selling and upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams for structured and customized solutions.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate with product specialists, subject matter experts, credit, and service teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to customers.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

10. Proposal Management: Manage the proposal response process effectively.

11. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement overarching sales and customer relationship strategies.

12. A substantial background (3 - 5+ years) in Loans, demonstrating a history of successful execution.

13. Strong leadership capabilities, with a talent for mentoring and guiding junior colleagues.

14. Deep knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and industry dynamics.

15. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
