We are looking for a Product Manager to drive innovation across our Loan Management System (LMS) platform and help shape the future of digital lending.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the product roadmap for Loan Management System (LMS) capabilities including loan servicing, repayments, collections, delinquency management, and customer self-service journeys.
- Define product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Build and optimize lending workflows across personal loans, business loans, line of credit, vehicle finance, and supply chain finance products.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities including automated underwriting, fraud detection, predictive collections, and credit decisioning.
- Work on embedded lending and API-first lending integrations with partners and financial institutions.
- Utilize product analytics, customer insights, and market research to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with data science teams on model performance, feedback loops, and predictive risk capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations and evolving fintech guidelines across multiple regions.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in Fintech, Digital Lending, Banking, NBFC, or SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of:
- Loan Management Systems (LMS)
- Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- Loan Servicing
- Collections & Recovery
- Underwriting & Credit Decisioning
- Lending Lifecycle Management
- Experience owning product roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and Agile delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience building or managing AI-enabled lending products.
- Credit scoring models
