What you will be doing:
- Drive product development and innovation in residential and smart lighting solutions
- Define product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business goals
- Conduct market research on smart lighting, energy efficiency, and modern lighting design trends
- Manage complete product lifecycle from concept, prototyping, development to commercialization
- Ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability standards are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement post-launch
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related field
- Experience in lighting, electrical products, or consumer electronics preferred
- Strong understanding of smart lighting systems and emerging technologies
- Good business acumen with ability to balance technical and commercial aspects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategy
