Product Manager (Life Insurance)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Techno-Functional Business Analyst with 14–20 years of experience in business analysis, IT solutions, and the Life Insurance domain. The candidate will bridge business and technology teams to drive solution design and product implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements; prepare BRDs and functional/technical specifications.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into IT solutions.
• Collaborate with business, development, and testing teams for solution implementation.
• Coordinate system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage stakeholders, project timelines, and status reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 14–20 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT solution delivery.
• Mandatory Life Insurance domain experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, API integration, system analysis, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and UAT.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
