Key responsibilities
- Be the bridge between partners and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and
projects.
- Maintain existing partnerships and identify areas to grow further.
- Creating outcome-driven engagement plan with partners to ensure regular tracking and
returns on these partnerships.
- Be the single point of contact for our Key partners and Act as an escalation point to drive
resolution in a timely, proactive manner.
- Take complete ownership of Lender/Partner product streams, create Roadmap and
maintain backlogs.
- You will extensively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Risk
and Operations to ensure smooth day to day operating relationships for the partners and

- Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution
Required Skills
- Strong business acumen, structured problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple functions
and organizational groups with high stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Understanding of the fintech landscape along with good deal-making/negotiation skills
- An open, intuitive and curious mind to learn, unlearn and experiment
- Proactive and self-motivated to deliver excellence independently
- Must be willing to work in a high growth and fluid work environment
- Strong passion for Fintech and latest advancements in the financial services space
- Candidates with product management experience with agile methodologies are preferred.
Required Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Product management / strategic partnerships, preferably in
fintech industry
- Bachelor's / Master's / MBA degree
