retail, commercial, SME, and corporate lending.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Lending who brings deep domain

expertise, strong strategic thinking, and end-to-end product leadership to elevate the

next generation of our lending product stack.

Key Responsibilities

1.Own and define the long-term strategy, vision, and positioning for the digital

lending portfolio (LOS, LMS, underwriting, credit decisioning, onboarding

workflows, and more).

2. Drive multi-year product roadmaps aligned with market trends, regulatory

evolution, and business objectives.

3.Conduct advanced market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and

opportunity sizing to shape product differentiation and growth. End-to-End Product Lifecycle Ownership

4. Lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation, requirements, design, GTM

planning, delivery, adoption, to continuous iteration.

5. Shape product architecture and ensure alignment with modern principles such

as microservices, APIs, workflow orchestration, and cloud-native engineering.

6.Define high-quality product requirements, functional specifications, and release plans with clarity and precision.

7.Partner closely with engineering, design, architecture, customer success, and delivery to ensure predictable, high-quality product releases.

8.Domain Authority & Workflow Expertise

9. Demonstrate deep understanding of lending domain processes, including:

o Loan origination (retail, SME, corporate)

o Credit underwriting & risk assessment

o Loan servicing & lifecycle management

o Collateral management, limits, post-disbursement servicing

o Regulatory compliance and credit policy frameworks

10. Champion process excellence and workflow modernization across the product suite. Client & Stakeholder Leadership

11. Serve as the product's domain expert and evangelist for internal teams,clients, and strategic partners.

12. Lead client discussions, solutioning workshops, and product demonstrations with strong business and domain credibility.

13. Gather, prioritize, and synthesize customer insights and market needs to drive meaningful product enhancements.

14. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on strategic pursuits, RFPs, and

customer solution architecture. Innovation & Technology Integration

Qualifications & experience

1. 8–15 years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in lending or fintech, managing complex enterprise platforms.

2. Proven ownership of enterprise-grade LOS, LMS, or digital lending products.

3, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

4. MBA or equivalent business qualification strongly preferred.

Technical Expertise

5. Solid understanding of modern software architecture—APIs, microservices,

cloud, workflow engines, integration frameworks. Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product design/mock-up tools.

Domain Expertise

6.Comprehensive knowledge of the lending lifecycle, products, regulatory

environment, and credit/risk processes. Experience with retail, commercial, SME, or corporate lending workflows.
