Job Title: Product Management Principal (Lending - Loan Management)

Years of Experience: 12 - 15 years

Location: Bengaluru, India (Mon-Fri, WFO)

Role Summary:

You will be part of the product management team for Azentio's Lending portfolio (Retail & Corporate Lending, Loan Origination, Loan Management, Collections, and Digital Lending solutions). You will collaborate closely with the product director and multiple stakeholders to drive product innovation with engineering and QA teams, create detailed product roadmaps, and manage the complete lifecycle of our Lending products. Your goal will be to understand the evolving needs of banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions, define product requirements, and deliver market-leading lending solutions. This is an on-site role based in Bangalore.

What will you do

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Work directly with the product director to define and articulate the vision and strategy for the Lending portfolio. Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with regulatory needs, market trends, and customer demands.
• Requirement Prioritization: Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, prioritizing features based on customer value, compliance, and business impact.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and client services to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Customer & Market Insights: Conduct market research and engage with clients to identify trends in digital lending, origination, loan servicing, and collections. Use insights to shape new product features and enhancements.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and workflows that guide engineering and QA teams.
• Performance Monitoring: Track adoption, usage, and performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement of lending products.
• Innovation: Identify opportunities to embed advanced technologies (AI/ML, APIs, Digital Platforms, Open Banking) into the lending lifecycle to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What skills required

• Experience: Minimum 12+ years in product management, with significant experience in the Lending domain (Retail Loans, Corporate Loans, Loan Origination, Loan Management, Collections, Digital Lending Platforms).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, advanced analytics, Agile methodologies, Confluence, Jira.
• Domain Knowledge: Expertise in lending workflows such as origination, credit assessment, loan servicing, disbursement, collections, restructuring, and regulatory reporting. Exposure to digital lending platforms, customer journeys, and AI/ML-driven credit risk scoring is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
• Mindset: Proactive, entrepreneurial, and passionate about building scalable, customer-centric lending products.
