We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale critical product areas across our lending platform. You will drive end-to-end product strategy and execution, working across onboarding, KYC, credit, and loan lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product areas end-to-end: discovery execution optimization
- Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with overall business goals, while identifying high-impact opportunities across the funnel.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior across onboarding, KYC flows, and loan journeys to uncover improvement areas.
- Drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, approval rates, and drop-offs, while balancing growth with risk and compliance requirements.
- Establish, track, and own core product metrics, using SQL and dashboards to independently analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Translate data insights into clear product decisions and strategic initiatives that improve user experience and business outcomes.
- Act as the single point of ownership, driving alignment and collaboration across Engineering, Data Science, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Ensure execution excellence by writing high-quality PRDs, prioritizing effectively, managing trade-offs, and delivering timely, high-quality releases.
- Lead experimentation and growth initiatives, including designing A/B tests and continuously optimizing key journeys such as Digilocker flow, KYC completion, and loan disbursement funnels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management
- Strong understanding of fintech / lending ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with data analysis (SQL preferred)
- Proven track record of improving product metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (RBI, PMLA)
