Product Manager

We are looking for an expert in payment systems. Fintech rely heavily on stability of monetary systems for disbursals of loan amount, and recovery of loan repayments. Payment experience is, hence, core to the basic profitability of the enterprise. The candidate should be well versed in how payments are processed via Payment Gateways, enterprise settlement mechanisms and compliance aspects of the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations w.r.t. loan disbursement and loan repayments

• Develop a roadmap of potential improvements to make our payment system best-in-industry

• Lead a team of 1-2 PM's to drive the roadmap

• Liaise with various third parties involved in the end-to-end process, and key business stakeholders, to effectively lead your roadmap

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in working on payments stacks

• Basic aptitude for scalable tech platform design and architecture

• Demonstrable experience in driving customer centric improvements to drive metrics
