Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap.

You will collaborate across engineering, design, business, and operations to ship products that delight

users and drive measurable business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

■ Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and user needs.

■ Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to deliver features on time.

■ Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into clear product requirements.

■ Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.

■ Prioritise the backlog using frameworks such as RICE, ICE, or MoSCoW.

■ Monitor product KPIs, analyse data, and iterate rapidly based on findings.

■ Lead go-to-market planning and coordinate cross-functional launches.

■ Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress to leadership.

■ Champion a user-centric culture and advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.

REQUIREMENTS

■ 4–8 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS.

■ Demonstrated track record of launching successful B2B or B2C products at scale.

■ Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Looker, Tableau).

■ Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and tools like Jira or Linear.

■ Excellent communication and storytelling skills — written and verbal.

■ Ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives.

■ Experience with A/B testing, feature flagging, and data-driven decision making.

■ MBA or equivalent business education preferred; engineering background a plus.

NICE TO HAVE

■ Experience in financial services, wealth-tech, or fund administration domains.

■ Familiarity with SEBI / RBI regulations or equivalent APAC regulatory frameworks.

■ Prior experience managing a team of associate PMs or product analysts.

■ Exposure to machine learning / AI-powered product features.
