Role Title: Product Manager
Role Overview
At Karix, we are building a seamless digital lending experience that connects customers with the right financial products through intelligent routing and automation.
We are looking for a Product Manager who can own key parts of the customer journey—from lead generation to loan disbursal—while improving conversion, speed, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for lending journeys (PL, BL, Credit Cards)
- Design and optimize lead-to-disbursal funnels
- Build strong CRM workflows (lead assignment, follow-ups, disposition tracking)
- Collaborate with tech teams to build:
- API integrations with lenders/NBFCs
- Bureau integrations (CIBIL, Experian)
- Define and document:
- PRDs / BRDs / user stories
- Improve conversion metrics across funnels
- Implement automation:
- IVR journeys (Press 1 logic)
- WhatsApp / SMS notifications based on stages
- Monitor and improve:
- TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Approval rates
- Work closely with business teams on campaign launches & performance
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of Product Management experience (fintech preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Lending lifecycle
- Lead management systems
- Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Analytics dashboards
- Basic understanding of APIs & integrations
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management

- Lead → Disbursal conversion
- Funnel drop-offs
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- TAT improvement
