Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, computer science, business administration) without any breaks.
- Experience in software product development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with English as well as Gujarati.
- Basic programming knowledge.
- Knowledge about diamond manufacturing process is plus.
Job Description
- Customer Engagement and Feedback:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer inquiries, issues, and feature requests, and communicate updates and resolutions.
- Product Strategy and Planning:
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and user needs.
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that includes features, enhancements, and iterations aligned with the product vision.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the product strategy, considering both hardware and software components.
- Product Development and Execution:
- Collaborate closely with the head product manager to align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making trade-offs between features, technical implementation, and user requirements.
- Writing requirement documents, prepare presentations.
