Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager to spearhead the design and development of pioneering AI-powered recruitment products aimed at boosting candidate engagement and enhancing recruiter efficiency.

In this key role, you will craft the product strategy in close collaboration with our engineering and AI teams, delivering a seamless conversational experience that significantly improves hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Develop a strategic roadmap for recruitment products, integrating cutting-edge AI and NLP technologies.
• Align AI innovations with customer needs, market trends, and strategic business objectives.

Product Development & Innovation

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create and refine recruiter-facing features.
• Prioritize AI capabilities that enhance recruiter and candidate experiences, such as automated processes, personalized interactions, and intelligent recommendations.

Market Analysis & Customer Insights

• Analyze industry trends, AI advancements, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Use data-driven insights to measure and enhance the performance and engagement of the product.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to boost adoption and devise a go-to-market strategy.
• Ensure product solutions align with business objectives and contribute to revenue growth.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Report product updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Advocate for seamless user experiences, ensuring both recruiters and candidates benefit from efficient automations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with exposure to AI technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Proven experience in 0-1 product development, with a marketing background is a plus.
• Ability to articulate trade-offs and product decisions with strong product judgment.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Marketing.
