About the role
At Joveo, after establishing a solid foundation with our suppliers (job boards, publishers), we're now set to embark on an unprecedented journey in recruitment ad-tech, aiming to introduce groundbreaking innovations in 2024 that the industry has never witnessed before.
A product manager at Joveo is expected to:
- Develop Roadmap in collaboration with team manager
- Present your ideas and vision to business & engineering teams
- Understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the recruitment ad-tech space. Translate market needs, customer pain points, and technological opportunities into a clear roadmap.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales, to guide products from conception to launch
- Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience
If you were a product manager in Supply team at Joveo right now, you would be working on:
- Trading: Bidding on job ads with budgets and goals with aim of maximizing conversions, impressions
- Performance dashboard: Reporting performance on job ad campaigns in terms of cost per click, cost per conversion
- Joveo - publishers technical integrations (API, XML): Integrating via APIs, Server to server with publisher (job board) partners to exchange job ad details
- Publisher selection recommendation engine: Leveraging AI/ML to intelligently recommend publishers best suited for job ad campaigns
- Product documentation: Designing and documenting our entire product suite to a centralized repository to help with faster product training for our customers and new employees
- Forms, Notifications, Data tables: Building platform products & features like forms, notification, etc.
About you
- Should have delivered 4-5 end to end products/features
- You should be comfortable with analyzing data to discover trends and patterns. Past experience with real time bidder, fintech trading platforms or ad-exchange experience is good to have
- Should be comfortable with tech integrations. Know how of tech and how things work in digital product is a good to have
- You should display a design sense that is oriented towards driving good user experience. Know how of Figma is good to have
- Should have excellent communication skills. Here the skill should not be just of language but clarity of thought & structure and ability to explain thoughts to other stakeholders
- Have a high level of ownership with critical decision making skills. We expect you to lead your product/feature development independently with guidance/supervision from your team manager
- Having prior experience as a founder or some involvement in entrepreneurship is good to have. We at Joveo encourage you to discover new avenues and lead them as owners
