Job Purpose
To manage JLG's internal customer outreach channels (HPE & Turbo), focused on improving customer communication, enhancing lead quality, and driving higher conversions through strong alignment with field teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of Turbo & HPE internal outreach channels, including calling and messaging initiatives.
- Design, refine, and govern customer communications (promotional and service-related) across SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, calls, and other outreach modes.
- Evaluate communication performance through detailed analysis of response rates, lead quality, and downstream conversions.
- Work closely with on-ground business teams to ensure disciplined follow-up and higher conversions.
- Gather regular feedback from field teams and refine outreach processes.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Analytics teams to align outreach strategies with broader customer and business goals.
- Develop playbooks, guidelines, and training material for internal outreach teams.
- Maintain regular MIS, dashboards, and review decks covering communication effectiveness, lead funnel metrics, and conversion trends.
- Act as a central point of coordination for any enhancements in outreach tools, workflows, or platforms.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate (Marketing or Business preferred)
Experience:
2–4 years in marketing, CRM, customer communication, growth, or internal outreach / calling team management.
