Job Description - Product Manager
Role: Product Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3+ Years Experience
Location: Noida (On-site)
Qualifications preferred:
● Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, IT or a related field.
● MBA or Postgraduate degree in Product Management or a related discipline is a
plus.
● Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum
Product Owner (PSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent are preferred.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Great products don't happen by accident- they're built by people who can connect
ideas, teams and execution. That's where you come in.
As a Product Manager, you'll own products from concept to launch, working alongside
engineering, design, QA, operations and business teams to transform ideas into
impactful solutions. You'll drive clarity, keep teams aligned and ensure every release
delivers real value to users.
You don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable working with engineers,
thinking analytically and turning complex business needs into clear, actionable product
requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Plan & Document:
● Own the creation of PRDs that transform ideas into actionable product
requirements.
● Build and maintain clear product documentation that keeps teams aligned and
execution seamless.
● Prepare and share release notes and product updates to relevant
stakeholders post-launch.
Run the Project:
● Drive execution by keeping teams aligned, removing blockers and ensuring
timely delivery.
● Own sprint planning, task prioritization and project tracking through effective
project management tools.
● Maintain clear and consistent communication channels across business
and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Work with Teams:
● Be the bridge between Engineering, QA, Design, DevOps and Business teams to
align priorities and resolve dependencies before they become problems.
● Champion product quality by partnering with QA to deliver reliable, release-ready
products.
● Turn product usage insights into meaningful improvements by partnering
closely with Operations.
● Proactively identify and address issues before they impact delivery.
Demos & Retrospectives:
● Showcase product progress through demos for internal teams, business
stakeholders and external partners at key milestones.
● After each release, run a retrospective separately with the project team and
the business team to capture what worked and what didn't.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience & Skills:
● 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
● Strong written and verbal communication- you can explain complex things
simply.
● Experience creating PRDs, managing product documentation and
driving standups and sprint planning.
● Hands-on experience with JIRA (or similar tools) to manage backlogs,
track progress and keep projects on schedule.
Technical Knowledge:
● Comfortable working with engineering teams- you understand the basics of
how software is built, including development cycles, sprints and releases.
● Familiar with APIs and how systems talk to each other (you don't need to write
code, but you should understand the concepts).
● Ability to understand technical documentation, workflows and architecture well
enough to ask the right questions and make informed decisions.
● Understanding of QA processes- what testing phases look like and what goes
into a release checklist.
Mindset:
● Detail-oriented- things don't slip through the cracks with you.
● Proactive- you spot problems early and act on them without being asked.
● Curious- You're curious, continuously learning and always looking for ways to
build better products and better processes.
● A team player who can work across very different kinds of people- developers, designers and business leads alike.
