About The Role
We're hiring a Product Manager to own and scale Dodo Payments Internal Team Infrastructure.This role focuses on building and optimizing internal dashboards, admin panels, payout workflows, dispute tooling and automation systems that power our Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams as well as running the sprint prioritization and daily team standups to ensure features are delivered on time.

What You'll Own
- Internal dashboards & admin tooling
- Payout activation workflows
- Dispute & refund systems
- Compliance & operational tooling
- Process automation initiatives (with Analytics)
- Infrastructure roadmap & tech debt prioritization
Operational Responsibilities
- Drive operational efficiency improvements across teams
- Reduce manual interventions via automation
- Partner with Analytics on n8n workflow automation
- Improve internal turnaround times & SLA visibility
- Run daily standups for the Product & Tech team
- Ensure sprint predictability and execution hygiene
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of Product Management experience
- Experience building internal tools, fintech infra, or workflow systems
- Experience in Project Management
- Comfortable working with Compliance, Finance, Risk stakeholders
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Strong documentation & prioritization discipline
