Role Description The Product Manager Intern will support the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and software products, from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery and iteration. This internship role is on-site and based in Bhubaneswar, where the intern will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and consulting teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, documenting product requirements and user stories, assisting with roadmap planning, and helping prioritize features based on business impact. The intern will contribute to defining success metrics, tracking product performance, preparing product documentation, and supporting demos and client presentations. This role offers exposure to AI-powered platforms, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise software, with mentorship from experienced product and consulting professionals.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured market, competitor, and user research, and synthesize findings into clear product insights.
• Skills in requirements gathering, writing user stories, and organizing product backlogs using tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of product management concepts, including roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, and defining KPIs or success metrics.
• Comfort working with technical teams and familiarity with software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, or sprint planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documentation, stakeholder updates, and presentations.
• Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Interest in AI, cloud technologies, and digital transformation; prior coursework, projects, or internships in these areas are an advantage.
