Responsibilities

• Work closely with product leaders to identify and solve real user problems

• Translate product ideas into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows)

• Analyze user behavior and product metrics such as retention, engagement, and conversion

• Identify user pain points and propose product improvements backed by data

• Support feature development from ideation to launch

• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams

• Conduct user research, feedback analysis, and competitor benchmarking

• Assist in running experiments and A/B tests to improve product outcomes

• Monitor feature performance and recommend improvements

• Prepare product documentation, reports, and insights for internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

• Strong logical reasoning, structured problem solving, and analytical thinking

• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Basic understanding of SQL for data analysis (or strong willingness to learn)

• Understanding of product development lifecycle and user journeys

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Curiosity about how digital products work and improve

• Comfortable working with product metrics, dashboards, and user data

Nice to Have

• Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Firebase

• Understanding of A/B testing or experimentation frameworks

• Familiarity with collaboration or wireframing tools like Figma, Notion, or Trello

• Internship or project experience related to product, analytics, or technology
