Product Manager Intern

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager Intern who is analytical, curious and interested in understanding how products are built from idea to execution.

You will work closely with the leadership and different teams at Cloutgency to identify problems, define solutions, document requirements and help take products/features from concept to launch.

Duration : 3 months

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. ‍
• Curiosity about technology, businesses and how products work. ‍
• Good communication and documentation skills. ‍
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller actionable tasks. ‍
• Comfortable working with multiple teams. ‍
• Strong organisational and project management skills. ‍
• Basic understanding of product development is a plus. ‍
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Figma, Google Sheets, Jira, Linear, Trello or similar is a plus. ‍
• Understanding of AI tools and automation is a strong advantage. ‍
• Prior experience building a product, website, app, college project or startup is a plus.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Understand business and operational problems faced by Cloutgency and its clients. ‍
• Conduct user and market research to identify product opportunities. ‍
• Convert business problems into clear product requirements. ‍
• Create product briefs, PRDs, user stories and feature documentation. ‍
• Work with design, technology, marketing and business teams to execute product initiatives. ‍
• Help prioritise features based on impact, effort and business value. ‍
• Create user journeys and basic product flows. ‍
• Coordinate with developers/designers and track product development. ‍
• Conduct competitor and market analysis. ‍
• Assist with product testing and quality assurance before launches. ‍
• Collect feedback from internal teams and users. ‍
• Analyse product performance and recommend improvements. ‍
• Maintain product roadmaps and project trackers. ‍
• Help build internal tools, processes and automation for Cloutgency. ‍
• Support the launch and adoption of new products/features.
