Primary Skills:
- BMS/HVAC Expertise: Strong Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) / HVAC systems / IOT
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills (particularly for negotiations and presentations).
- Customer-Facing Experience: Strong experience in client interactions and customer engagement.
Secondary Skills:
- Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product management, including product launches and stakeholder coordination.
- Content Creation Skills: Ability to create relevant content, such as articles or promotional materials, to champion the product and enable other teams to utilize and sell it effectively.
