Senior Product Manager / AI Product Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Product Lead to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of innovative AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and customer-focused leader who can translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable business solutions. This role requires ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and experimentation to go-to-market execution and performance measurement.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams to create impactful AI solutions that drive business outcomes while ensuring responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Prioritize product initiatives and investments based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Translate complex and evolving AI capabilities into clear product requirements, user stories, and development priorities.

Product Development & Execution

• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.
• Lead rapid experimentation through MVPs, pilots, A/B testing, and evaluation frameworks to validate product ideas and accelerate learning.
• Make informed trade-off decisions across cost, latency, scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Define and monitor key product metrics to measure adoption, engagement, performance, and business impact.

Market & Business Analysis

• Develop business models and product monetization strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Analyze data and customer insights to support strategic decision-making and product enhancements.
• Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to business objectives.

Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Management

• Drive product launch strategies and adoption plans in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Influence and manage stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Present product strategies, business cases, and progress updates to executive leadership.
• Champion customer needs and ensure products solve real business problems rather than adopting AI for technology's sake.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and develop product team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Support team members in achieving individual and organizational goals.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

Responsible AI & Governance

• Ensure AI products align with ethical AI principles, governance standards, privacy requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Balance speed of innovation with responsible AI deployment and risk management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 9+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Management Consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex digital, data, or AI-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, product development methodologies, and agile practices.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
• Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, or AI platforms.
• Exposure to experimentation frameworks, product analytics, and performance measurement tools.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or digital transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI governance and compliance considerations.
