Product Manager

Role Overview:

A Product Manager (PM) with a heavy focus on optimising the user funnel, executing growth experiments, and supporting the development of AI/automation workflows that focus on Product Led Growth ( PLG).

Key Responsibilities & Areas of Focus

• Own and Prioritize the Growth Roadmap, balancing high-impact, long-term product features with shorter-term manual experiments for hypothesis validation.
• Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) or post-mortems on failed experiments and drop-offs to pinpoint the root cause and propose initial fixes.
• Conduct foundational user interviews and qualitative research to deeply understand user pain points, translating them into sharp problem statements.
• Map out existing user journeys and design new engaging end-to-end journeys across multiple channels (e.g., Website, App, Chatbots, WhatsApp, AI Voice Agents).
• Coordinate efficiently with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales) to ensure smooth implementation of growth features and fixes.
• Own the execution of A/B tests and manual campaigns to validate growth hypotheses

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-4 years of Product/Growth experience, with at least one stints focused on ideating and delivering growth levers
• Experience in designing and shipping scalable AI tools including a working understanding of concepts like LLMs, Voice Agents, and CRM integrations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to identify problems, form hypotheses, and measure outcomes of product changes.
• Hands-on builder mindset, comfortable with manual execution.
