Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health and performance of the SaaS connector portfolio.
- Work closely with the product team to plan, prioritize, and execute feature development.
- Manage product backlog, develop feature requirements, and define acceptance criteria.
- Partner with stakeholders on internal communications, business reviews, and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to execute feature improvements and resolve incidents.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and Agile development processes.
- Work directly with customers for research, connector onboarding, and incident triaging.
- Translate technical details into business outcomes and provide clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Ensure solutions are customer-focused and deliver measurable value.
Skills We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in product management.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Program Manager, or Data Analyst.
- Experience collaborating with engineering or technical delivery teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable multitasker.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
