About the role:

We're looking for a senior Product Manager to join our Hospitality Cloud team. You'll own a complex product domain end-to-end—spanning enterprise integrations, cross-functional delivery, and strategic roadmap leadership—while embedding AI-first thinking at every stage. This role demands someone who thrives in ambiguity, earns stakeholder trust at all levels, and holds a high bar for execution and outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategic Product Leadership

  • Own your domain roadmap tied to measurable OKRs—drive outcomes, not just feature delivery.
  • Lead structured Problem & Solution Discovery with internal stakeholders, integration partners, and enterprise customers before committing to build.
  • Drive Go-To-Market readiness end-to-end: from inception through launch, adoption measurement, and post-release iteration.

AI-First Product Thinking

  • Embed AI as a default lens in every discovery phase—ask how does AI improve this before writing requirements.
  • Own end-to-end development of AI-powered features including evals and measurable outcome tracking.
  • Leverage AI tooling to accelerate your PM workflow; track and share productivity gains with the team.
  • Ensure all AI features meet Cvent's responsible AI standards.

Execution Excellence & Platform Health

  • Drive delivery accountability: sprint hygiene, backlog depth health, SLI/SLO monitoring, and prod bug leakage
  • Manage third-party vendor integrations—track deliverables, anticipate bottlenecks, and coordinate resolution of technical challenges
  • Define and execute strategy to hit OKRs, NPS targets, and key product metrics; socialize alignment to business goals
  • Make data-driven prioritization decisions using Mixpanel, ProductBoard, Sigma, and similar platforma
  • Write crisp, unambiguous requirements and user stories with full acceptance criteria (functional, non-functional, security, data compliance) before sprint start

Stakeholder Influence & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the single point of accountability for product decisions in your domain—own escalation paths and surface deviations with a remedy
  • Lead alignment across Sales, CS, Engineering, UX, and Leadership; build trust at all levels of the org.
  • Partner with integration vendors and enterprise customers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product specs
  • Present roadmap progress and risks clearly to leadership

What We're Looking For:

  • 9–12 years of experience with 5+ years in product management for SaaS products
  • Hands-on experience building AI products is a strong plus; proficiency with AI tools is required.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Gainsight PX, Pendo, or similar) to measure and drive adoption.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and enterprise software ecosystems is a plus
  • Strong product sense: can articulate problems clearly, write specs that start with the why, and envision solutions at scale
  • Solid grasp of software development, integrations, and system design—able to go deep with engineering partners
  • Data-driven, analytical, and a self-starter who can take ownership from concept through completion.
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer—comfortable navigating ambiguity and building alignment across all levels.
