About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager MarTech to own and scale our marketing technology stack across user acquisition, attribution, engagement, and retention. This role sits at the intersection of growth, engineering, analytics, and marketing, and will be responsible for building reliable, scalable systems that power paid growth and lifecycle communication at scale.

You will work closely with performance marketing, CRM, data, and engineering teams to ensure that marketing platforms are well-integrated, measurable, and optimized for impact.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition & Ads Technology

  • Own product requirements for paid acquisition platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and other performance channels.
  • Enable seamless event tracking, conversion signals, and campaign measurement across platforms.
  • Partner with growth teams to translate acquisition strategies into clear technical and product requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of install, re-engagement, and conversion tracking.

Attribution, Tracking & Measurement

  • Drive implementation and optimization of marketing attribution frameworks (MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).
  • Own end-to-end understanding of attribution logic, postbacks, SKAdNetwork / privacy-safe measurement, and tracking limitations.
  • Ensure clean event taxonomy, naming conventions, and data consistency across marketing and analytics tools.
  • Work closely with data teams to enable debugging, validation, and reporting for marketing performance.

Retention, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own integrations and roadmap for CRM / CLM tools (push, email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messaging).
  • Enable advanced segmentation, personalization, and trigger-based communication.
  • Support lifecycle use cases such as onboarding, activation, re-engagement, win-back, and cross-sell.
  • Ensure marketing tools scale with high user volume, frequency controls, and compliance needs.

SDKs, Integrations & Data Flow

  • Own SDK integration requirements for marketing and analytics tools across app and web.
  • Ensure correct data flow from app backend marketing platforms analytics systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on SDK upgrades, deprecations, and performance impacts.
  • Maintain documentation and clarity on event pipelines, dependencies, and ownership.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 24 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in MarTech, Growth, or Consumer Tech.
  • Hands-on exposure to marketing technology for acquisition and retention.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, growth, CRM, and analytics teams.

Core Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of ads platforms, CRM/CLM tools, and marketing analytics.
  • Solid grasp of marketing attribution, tracking technologies, and privacy constraints.
  • Clear understanding of SDK integrations, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into clear product and technical requirements.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
