Job Title: Product Manager
Role Summary:
We are looking for a strategic, metrics-driven product manager to own the full lifecycle of our product. You will
identify market opportunities, develop product strategy and vision, create roadmaps, and drive successful
execution through cross-functional collaboration. You will collaborate with various internal teams including
Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver world-class products that solve our customers challenges. The
ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of
shipping products that customers love.
Responsibilities:
Develop long-term product strategy and vision based on competitive analysis, market trends,
technology advancements, and business objectives
Translate product strategy into detailed quarterly roadmaps and release plans
Lead requirement gathering sessions and synthesize inputs from various stakeholders into product
specifications
Define market segments, buyer personas, customer journeys and develop differentiated product
positioning and messaging
Conduct user interviews, customer advisory boards, and win/loss analysis to gather product insights
Prioritize features and capabilities in the product backlog using data-driven frameworks that balance
business value, resources, and other constraints
Create business cases, cost/benefit analysis, and ROI models for new products and features
Determine critical KPIs and metrics to measure product success and growth
Manage all aspects of product launches including sales enablement, marketing collateral, campaigns,
and sales training
Collaborate with engineering team leads on release planning, sprint commitments, and development
processes
Work closely with UX team on information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing
Partner with marketing teams to optimize conversion funnel, website messaging, and product
campaigns
Continuously level up product management skills and share best practices across the team
Represent customer needs and interests throughout the organization
Knowledge of Gen-AI trends e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows etc.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience
B.Tech in Computer Science (Engineering) from Tier 1 college or other relevant fields (Top-Tier MBA
preferred)
Experience with AI, analytics, machine learning strongly preferred
Solid understanding of agile development processes and with ability to collaborate with engineering
teams
Proven track record of shipping successful products and driving growth
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and data-driven approach to decision making
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills and able to distil complex concepts into
simple narratives
