As an Product Manager, you will develop product vision and strategy, own the roadmap and execute to plan. You provide insights that fuel critical decisions across the company, including executive leadership that uses them to set strategic directions for Salesforce! You'll be working closely with various collaborators to develop an understanding of customer use cases and work with our engineers and architects to implement the roadmap. You will work through ambiguity to be able to get results while leaning on relationships with key internal partners to align priorities and provide prioritized use cases for our engineers that deliver to our business goals.
Your Impact
Own, drive and support the vision/strategy/roadmap/development for the product
Collaborate with other PMs and stakeholders across clouds leverage cross product synergies and optimize investments
Work with engineering to specify, detail, build and release product/features
Work with internal and external stakeholders such as industry experts, analyst, customers pre-sales and solution teams to refine roadmap and develop future innovation that delivers customer value and meet Salesforce's business goals
You engage with customers, partners, and ISVs, along with product ambassadors from across Salesforce to communicate value, advocate and evangelize the the product and drive adoption
Represent Salesforce as a product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, community sites and social media.
Required Skills
4-10 years of experience building enterprise products.
Demonstrable experience Or willingness to learn building enterprise SaaS products
Understand enterprise SAAS architecture and build scalable applications
Product Management skills and business acumen around the building and launching of products
Ability to work with development engineers, quality engineers, user experience specialists, content experience specialists day in and day out to provide direction, prioritization, detail out epics/user stories and ensure successful delivery
AI first mindset to create the next generation of products driving the agentic enterprise
