Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Digital Ecosystem Platform.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and innovative product features.
- Identify gaps in existing platforms and conceptualize out-of-the-box solutions that create differentiated capabilities.
- Ensure the platform design supports future ecosystem expansion across multiple business domains.
- Rapid Product Innovation
- Drive fast experimentation and MVP-based development instead of traditional long-cycle product development.
- Build and validate early prototypes to test product ideas quickly.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver incremental releases through rapid iterations.
- Continuously refine product features based on user feedback and usage insights.
AI-Assisted Prototyping & Product Development
- Use modern GenAI tools to accelerate product ideation, UI/UX design, and prototype creation.
- Experiment with AI-assisted development tools to build functional prototypes quickly.
- Leverage AI to explore new digital experiences and intelligent platform features.
Product Management & Delivery
- Translate product vision into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Work closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ensure product releases meet usability, scalability, and performance expectations.
- Ecosystem Thinking
- Design the platform using modular and API-first architecture principles.
- Enable integration with external platforms, partners, and services.
- Ensure the ecosystem supports internal users as well as external participants.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
6–10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Platform development.
Experience working in Agile and rapid product development environments.
Strong ability to translate ideas into practical digital products.
Preferred Experience
- Experience building platform-based or ecosystem-driven products.
- Exposure to crowdsourcing platforms, marketplaces, or digital workforce systems.
- Hands-on experience using GenAI tools for product prototyping, UI/UX design, or rapid solution development.
- Familiarity with API-based architectures and microservices ecosystems.
