Job Purpose
Product Manager – Home Loan and Suvidha LAP is responsible for scaling the Home Loan business across India by developing compelling value propositions, expanding product offerings, and enhancing customer experience. This role involves managing product strategy, digital transformation, stakeholder partnerships, and P&L ownership. The position demands strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Product Strategy & Delivery
- Build and enhance digital journeys for Home Loan and Suvidha LAP customers, partners, and internal users.
- Translate business objectives into product roadmaps, requirements, and technology solutions.
- Prepare PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications; prioritize features and enhancements based on business and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Technology, Digital, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives from ideation to launch.
- Evaluate and implement scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital solutions.
Program Governance & Delivery Management
- Manage project execution, sprint planning, and end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Manage production defects and ensure timely closure based on business impact and severity.
- Prepare governance updates, management presentations, and project status reports.
Testing, Training & Adoption
- Lead UAT planning, testing governance, and release sign-offs for digital product enhancements.
- Manage and mentor testers/analysts to validate journeys and ensure quality delivery.
- Develop training materials, advisories, and process documentation; conduct trainings for relevant teams.
- Monitor feature adoption and customer engagement to drive utilization and business outcomes.
MIS, Reporting & Regulatory Management
- Own business MIS and reporting related to key business KRAs.
- Prepare management dashboards, periodic business reviews, and performance reports.
- Support regulatory reporting requirements and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to drive business decisions, identify process improvement opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
Education
- Graduate Degree: Any discipline (Full-time)
- Postgraduate Degree: MBA in Finance from a Premier/Tier 1 Institute (Full-time)
- Professional Certifications: Preferred but not mandatory
