About The Role

As a Product Manager at HelloSIA, you'll work directly with the founding team to help shape the future of AI-native consumer products. This is a high impact role, where you'll contribute to real product decisions, help launch features, and influence how users experience the platform.

You'll be involved in everything from brainstorming new ideas and improving onboarding flows to analyzing user behavior and collaborating with engineering and design teams. One day you may be mapping out a new AI workflow; the next, you may be testing features, writing product specs, or helping improve retention and engagement. You will play a major role in user testing, refining user experience, and helping design the end-to-end flow of the user journey.

Requirements

1-3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably at a startup or consumer technology company

Strong product intuition with a deep understanding of user experience and consumer behavior

Experience owning products or features from ideation through launch and iteration

Experience with different design tools 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting product feedback

Experience writing PRDs, product specs, user stories, and roadmap documentation

Strong understanding of onboarding, retention, engagement, and growth mechanics

Familiarity with AI tools
