Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to drive the growth and development of our Commodity Derivatives business. The role requires a strong understanding of commodity markets, customer behaviour, product strategy, and business execution. The ideal candidate should be able to identify market opportunities, enhance customer experience, work with cross-functional teams, and execute initiatives that drive product adoption, revenue, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to increase client acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue.
• Identify market opportunities through competitor benchmarking, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Work closely with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Research, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver new product enhancements and initiatives
• Conceptualize and launch new features, pricing initiatives, campaigns, and value propositions to improve customer experience.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure successful implementation across all channels.
• Conduct regular analysis of exchange developments, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities.

Work closely with branch and digital distribution teams to improve product penetration and customer activation.

Desired Skills

• Strong understanding of Commodity Derivatives and commodity market ecosystem

Good knowledge of exchange products, trading platforms, margin framework, and market participants

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data
