The Ground Transport team combines deep consumer understanding, data-driven decision making and cutting-edge technology to solve complex traveller problems across the entire journey lifecycle. Product managers, business leaders, engineers, designers and data scientists work together to build experiences that delight customers and drive meaningful business outcomes.
About The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to define and scale the next generation of consumer experiences across Ground Transport. This role requires strong product thinking, execution excellence and a passion for solving customer problems through technology, data and AI.
You will own the product vision, roadmap and execution for key Ground Transport experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to build products that improve customer engagement, conversion, retention and overall traveller satisfaction.

- You will identify high-impact opportunities, rapidly validate solutions, and scale products that create measurable value for both customers and the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for key Ground Transport customer experiences.
- Identify high-impact customer and business problems across discovery, booking and traveller engagement journeys, and translate them into scalable product opportunities.
- Build AI-powered and data-driven experiences that improve trip planning, booking confidence and personalization.
- Drive rapid experimentation, prototyping and validation of new concepts before scaling them into production-ready products.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Analytics and Data Science teams to build accurate, scalable and impactful solutions.
- Define clear hypotheses, success metrics and measurement frameworks for product initiatives.
- Own product KPIs and continuously improve performance through experimentation, customer feedback and data analysis.
- Leverage customer insights, behavioural data and market intelligence to shape product strategy and prioritization.
- Balance short-term business goals with long-term platform and product investments.
- Lead end-to-end execution from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.

Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering & Management graduates from reputed institutes with 3 to 4 years of experience in product management roles for consumer-facing, technology-enabled businesses.
- Experience managing the complete product lifecycle using agile methodologies including requirement definition, prioritization, user experience design and metric tracking.
- Experience working with complex datasets using analytical tools and techniques. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SQL is expected.
- Prior experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude or Mixpanel will be an added advantage.

- Experience in travel, mobility, e-commerce or marketplace businesses.
- Exposure to ML or GenAI-powered customer experiences.
- Experience with personalization, recommendation systems or conversational interfaces.
