Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the roadmap for Human + AI products and solutions
- Identify opportunities where AI can enhance human workflows (creative, operational, analytical)
- Translate business goals into scalable AI-enabled product strategies
2. Human + AI Experience Design
- Design seamless interaction between human users and AI systems
- Ensure outputs are explainable, usable, and aligned with human intent
- Collaborate with designers to create intuitive AI-assisted experiences
3. AI Product Development
- Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and automation teams
- Define product requirements for AI models (LLMs, automation tools, recommendation systems, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation → development → launch → iteration
4. Use Case Identification & Experimentation
- Identify high-impact use cases across functions (marketing, content, operations, etc.)
- Run pilots and experiments to validate AI solutions
- Continuously improve based on user feedback and performance metrics
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, tech, business, client servicing)
- Communicate product vision and progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Align AI initiatives with business and client needs
6. Data & Performance
- Define success metrics (accuracy, adoption, efficiency, ROI)
- Monitor AI performance and ensure continuous optimization
- Ensure responsible AI usage (bias, privacy, compliance)
Key Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4–8 years in Product Management / Digital / Tech roles
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, NLP, automation tools, APIs)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (tech + non-tech)
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into business use cases
