Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Fleet Management systems and IT operations, understanding the complexities of asset lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to IT operations (e.g., AIOps, predictive analytics, intelligent automation).
  • Ability to drive significant business improvements and impact within complex, global organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage user research, logs analysis, and feedback to identify user needs, define product requirements, focusing on Googlers and IT service providers.
  • Build and manage a roadmap for the AI platform and its applied use cases, aligning execution with the broader GTE AI-native IT goals.
  • Enhance on-device user experience to assist Googlers and offer support, self-healing and repair, when in untrusted or offline state. Accelerate self-supporting fleet operations and management for internet telephony service provider (ITSP) or infrastructure owners. Create a data foundation for anomaly detection and prediction models, or enable web/server pipe for endpoint actions.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of cross-functional AI initiatives. Partner with data science, UX, PgM, and PM leading the AI-native IT goals to enable high-quality execution.
  • Communicate platform ideas and strategic priorities to immediate work groups and expand your stakeholder network.
