What You'll Do
1. Drive Market & User Insights
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competition, and user needs
- Translate insights into product strategy and innovation
- Stay ahead by tracking industry shifts and emerging opportunities
2. Build & Scale High-Impact Products
- Contribute to the development and growth of high-utility products
- Monitor product performance and user feedback
- Continuously improve product experience and outcomes
3. Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and UX teams
- Participate in planning, brainstorming, and execution
- Help bring ideas to life through strong cross-functional alignment
How You'll Be Measured (KPIs)
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) of your products
- Product churn rate
- Tech process metrics (Sprint completion %, on-time delivery %)
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Basic understanding of coding/programming
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Basic knowledge of data analytics
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
- B.Tech + MBA
Good to Have
- Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma
- Prior experience in a coding or technical role
