About the Role

We're seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Digital Commerce Performance Marketing product team. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing strategy and product development, offering a unique opportunity to build scalable solutions that drive acquisition and revenue for digital commerce brands.

You'll work with our product, data, and marketing teams to identify customer pain points, define product strategy, and ship features that empower merchants to optimize their performance marketing spend. This is an ideal role for someone transitioning from performance marketing into product management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Road mapping - Own the product strategy for specific areas; define quarterly roadmaps and prioritize features
  • Customer Discovery - Conduct regular interviews with merchants and stakeholders to understand performance marketing challenges
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance data to inform priorities
  • Feature Definition & Delivery - Write clear specifications and collaborate with engineering to ship high-impact features
  • GTM & Launch Strategy - Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new features
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with analytics, engineering, design, and marketing teams

Requirements

Performance Marketing

  • 2+ years at a notable brand creating strategies (D2C, fintech, e-commerce)
  • Skills: Data-driven strategy, SEM, social, programmatic, attribution modeling

Product/Strategy

  • 2-3 years in product, strategy, or operations role
  • Skills: Product metrics, A/B testing, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration

Total Experience

  • 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated growth trajectory

Core Competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving with SQL, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
  • Customer Empathy: Genuine curiosity and ability to translate feedback into insights
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; influence without authority
  • Ownership: Bias toward action; comfortable owning outcomes
  • Adaptability: Quick learner thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Product Intuition: Strong instinct for user needs and feature-market fit

Good To Have

  • Experience with digital commerce, D2C, or marketplace platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, or CDP platforms
  • Background in B2B SaaS product management
  • Experience with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
  • Background in growth marketing or product analytics
  • Understanding of merchant/seller dynamics in commerce ecosystems
