Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and analytical Product Manager to manage and grow brands in the General Segment. The role involves end-to-end brand management, campaign execution, and close coordination with the sales team to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies to drive growth and prescription generation
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional inputs, and digital initiatives
Manage product lifecycle from planning to performance monitoring
Work closely with the sales team for effective execution and feedback loops
Develop visual aids, leave-behinds, and promotional materials for field force
Plan and execute product launches, CMEs, and marketing activities
Track brand performance, prescription trends, and campaign effectiveness
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain)
Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization
Key Requirements
Education: B.Pharm / B.Sc. + MBA preferred
Experience: 34 years in Pharma PMT (General Segment preferred)
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and brand management
Good analytical and presentation skills
Experience in campaign execution and field force handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Exposure to General Medicine / OTC portfolios
Strong execution-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic digital marketing tools
