Product Manager, I Gaming

• About 3+ years of experience in B2C product management, preferably in Product ,gaming, consumer tech, or fintech.
• Proven track record of building and scaling digital products with measurable impact. Own the product roadmap and define the vision, strategy, and goals for new features and enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven insights; experience with SQL, Excel, or analytics tools (e.g., CleverTap, Mixpanel).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, business, customer support and marketing) to execute product plans.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Prioritize product features based on impact, effort, and alignment with business goals.
• Deep understanding of player engagement, retention, and gamification strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Deeply understand player behaviour and translate insights into product innovations.
