As a Product Manager in Fulfillment & Archival Services (FAS) team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap that delivers measurable customer value, while facilitating customer-focused solutions and managing existing and new features.
  • Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer needs and integrate insights into the product roadmap.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog partner with Product Owners and Product Analysts to refine backlog and execute the strategic roadmap effectively.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, scrum meetings, and agile events, including presenting feature strategies and contributing to sprint planning.
  • Drive end-to-end project engagement from concept to implementation, aligning team members and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Develop user personas, process maps, and flows to guide development decisions and enhance overall user experience.
  • Build frameworks and track key product success metrics including cost, risk posture, reliability, and feature functionality.
  • Collaborate with Client Managers and business stakeholders to evaluate scope, requirements, schedules, and implement changes in policies, processes, and tools.
  • Act as an escalation point for clients, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Support feature teams with MVP planning, testing, backlog refinement, user experience testing, and provide directional guidance as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 8 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and engage with enterprise architecture, system design, and technology stacks.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and integration patterns able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and architects.
  • Demonstrated awareness of emerging technologies, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and their applications in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to stay current with global AI trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices able to assess the impact of new technologies on product strategy and roadmap.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, driving alignment between business, technology, and design.
