About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, seasoned Product Manager to be a part of our core product team.
In this role, you will own the product strategy and execution for key strategic verticals within our financial wellness ecosystem. Your mission is to build, scale, and optimize seamless user experiences that delight customers while maintaining robust business fundamentals. You will sit at the critical intersection of product, data science, and business operations. Because artificial intelligence is foundational to how we build at OneScore/OneCard, you will actively partner with our AI/ML teams to develop intelligent, predictive, and scalable consumer solutions. If you have a proven track record of scaling high-growth consumer fintech products and possess a deep, analytical mindset, this role is for you.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Own the Product Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for core verticals, managing the entire lifecycle from top-of-funnel user discovery and onboarding to retention and engagement.
- AI-Driven Product Innovation: Champion the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning within the user journey. Productize ML models for smarter user segmentation, hyper-personalized product discovery, dynamic experiences, and automated assistance.
- Scale the Business: Drive the growth and scale of our core business lines, optimizing workflows to support massive transaction volumes and high-velocity user interactions.
- Core Product Building: Design zero-to-one and one-to-ten journeys for new product constructs. Oversee complex integrations with external partners, ensuring a frictionless, API-driven onboarding and operational experience.
- Balance Growth and Efficiency: Partner closely with business operations, risk, and compliance teams to embed smart capabilities into the product journey, optimizing the balance between aggressive user growth and platform sustainability.
- Collaborate, Lead & Execute: Work seamlessly across Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business Development to launch features that move the needle on company-wide P&L and user satisfaction.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 4+ years of core Product Management experience, with a significant portion of that time spent building and scaling consumer-facing digital products
- Fintech & Product Expertise (Must-Have): Deep, hands-on experience in building consumer tech products. Understand the complexities of multi-partner marketplaces, API ecosystems, and complex user funnels.
- Build at scale: You have ideally been part of a team or led a product that has scaled to millions of active users or managed high-throughput transaction volumes.
- Deeply Analytical: You are obsessed with numbers. You can write your own SQL queries, build data models, and rely on hard data rather than gut feeling to make product decisions.
- AI & Data Science (Bonus): Prior experience productizing AI/ML models, or a strong foundational understanding of applied data science, recommendation engines, and predictive modeling is a massive plus.
