Role Summary
Join Fluke's Software Platforms team and help deliver innovative SaaS solutions. You'll own the product lifecycle, collaborate across functions, engage with customers, and use data to drive decisions. This is a growth-oriented role designed for curious, motivated individuals who want to learn and lead.
Key Responsibialities
- Product Lifecycle Ownership Drive the entire product lifecyclefrom idea to delivery and beyond. Build and maintain a clear roadmap, ensure alignment with business priorities, and manage releases through Agile practices.
- Customer-Centric Discovery & Engagement Engage in Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to understand needs, validate ideas, and build sustained relationships. Act as the advocate for customer value throughout product decisions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making Monitor production usage, analyze trends, and define KPIs to measure success. Use insights to inform prioritization, iteration, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Analysis & Business Case Development Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Create compelling, data-backed business cases that justify investments and articulate trade-offs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver outcomes. Communicate clearly and craft compelling product narratives for stakeholders and customers.
- Growth Mindset & Technical Fluency Stay curious and open to learning new technologies, SaaS models, and best practices. Develop basic technical understanding and leverage mentorship to grow into a senior PM role.
Requirements
- Experience: Exposure to delivering at least one SaaS product or feature from ideation to launch (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of how to justify investments and measure impact.
- Mindset: Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and SaaS business models.
- Comfort with tools for roadmap planning and analytics (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
