Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Manager to own a product area for connected commercial fleets: trip planning, live tracking, vehicle health, fuel and mileage insights, driver behaviour, alerts, reports, and subscription growth. You will work directly with fleet owners, logistics companies, drivers, engineering, design, support, sales, and leadership to decide what we build, why it matters, and how we know it worked.

This is a hands-on product role for someone who can sit with operators in the field, understand the real constraints behind fleet operations, turn ambiguity into a sharp product direction, and keep the team honest about user impact and revenue.

What you'll do

  • Own product discovery and delivery for fleet-management workflows across tracking, trips, diagnostics, alerts, driver behaviour, service history, reports, and profitability insights.
  • Build and lead a customer advisory board with fleet owners, logistics operators, dispatch teams, drivers, sales, support, and implementation stakeholders to sharpen product direction.
  • Spend time with users in their operating context: drivers, transport managers, fleet owners, logistics companies, service teams, and customer admins.
  • Translate customer and business problems into clear product bets, requirements, North Star metrics, success metrics, pricing or packaging inputs, and launch plans.
  • Work closely with engineering and design to make trade-offs across scope, reliability, UX, field constraints, timelines, and technical debt.
  • Use product usage, vehicle and fleet signals, support patterns, field feedback, advisory-board input, and customer conversations to prioritize the roadmap.
  • Drive adoption, retention, revenue expansion, and measurable user and business value for fleet customers.
  • Write clearly: product specs, decision notes, release notes, migration plans, and customer-facing explanations.
  • Help sales, customer success, and support explain the product accurately and set realistic expectations.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B software, fleet management, logistics, IoT, telematics, automotive, developer tools, or operations-heavy products.
  • Experience owning a product area end to end: discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, North Star metric iteration, adoption, revenue impact, and business value realization.
  • Strong customer orientation and comfort speaking directly with fleet owners, logistics teams, drivers, operators, and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience running structured customer feedback loops such as advisory boards, user councils, beta programs, or recurring customer reviews.
  • Ability to reason through technical and business trade-offs with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams.
  • Clear written communication and strong judgment under ambiguity.
  • Bias for evidence over opinion: customer conversations, field research, usage data, support patterns, revenue signals, and measured outcomes.
